An International Festival of Paper Serpents

Place - Veyfan, province Shan'dun.
Veyfan is motherland of the Chinese air serpents. Here an art of making of air serpents attained the highest level. Since 1984 the international festivals of serpents in which representatives take part over 30 countries of the world are annually conducted in Veyfane.
